After the national team feels betrayed to the Club Night

Still remember the case of five players in French football squad out to a nightclub while undergoing a national team training camp? Wissam Ben Yedder, one of them, feel ashamed and want to redeem in any manner as an appeal against the sentence suspension of the French national team at all levels until January 2014.

"I am ashamed," said Ben Yedder, was quoted as saying the French sports daily, L'Equipe, Tuesday (11/27/2012). "I feel I have betrayed the French football, my coaches, they have taught me since I was a kid-my parents, my wife, my colleagues."

The 22-year-old player will appeal the sentence suspension he received. He became the second player of the five players who took steps inmate appeal after midfielder Yann Mvila.

"I am fully aware that I was guilty, and I am ready to face it. However, I want the opportunity to be called back into the French national team, maybe sooner (rather than the end of the sentence).

"I'm ready to do whatever is asked the Appeals Commission that sanctions can be reduced," said Ben Yedder, French League second top score, which was also featured in the national team could choose Tunisia.

Five players punished France French Football Federation after coming out to a nightclub in Paris in the middle of joining the French squad who underwent two European Cup qualifier against Norway U-21. In that game, France lost 4-5 on aggregate.

Mvila, who had 22 appearances in the national team, was suspended from all levels of the French national team until June 30, 2014 and has filed an appeal. Four other players, namely Ben Yedder, Antoine Griezmann, Chris Mavinga, and Mbaye Niang, was suspended until December 31, 2013.
